Cobalt Blue Soft Walls at the MCG's Olympic Room

For a finance conference held in the Olympic Room at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, The Paper Boys supplied Cobalt Blue Soft Walls to create a backdrop for the speaker stage. The installation provided a clean, professional background while complementing the venue's modern interior.

Creating a stage backdrop

Positioned behind the stage, the Soft Walls created a defined presentation area for the conference speakers. The deep blue colour provided a consistent backdrop, helping bring focus to the stage without overwhelming the space.

Cobalt Blue brought to life

Lighting played a key role in the setup, illuminating the Soft Walls and highlighting their distinctive pleated texture. The lighting created different shades of blue across the surface, adding depth and dimension to the backdrop.

A flexible event solution

The installation demonstrated how Soft Walls can be used beyond dividing spaces, offering a practical and visually appealing backdrop for conferences, presentations and corporate events.
